Entries: max. 5
The works must be accompanied by the author's biography.
Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm) - A3 (297 x 420 mm)
Technique: free

Deadline: November 19, 2012

Prizes:
  First Prize            – 1000$

Second Prize       – 600 $

Third Prize           – 400 $

Theme 2 : ONE-WAY ROAD (SENS UNIC)

3 Special Prizes –   1x 400$

                              -   1x 300$

                              -   1x 200$

Exhibition:  DECEMBER 15, 2011

Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy.

Remark: the works will not be returned, they will remain the property of The Culture House of Urziceni Municipality.
